Biography

Bill Greehey served as Chairman of the Board from January 2002 through October 2022, when he became Chairman Emeritus and retired from the Board. Mr. Greehey served as Chairman of the board of directors of Valero Energy Corporation from 1979 through January 2007. Mr. Greehey was CEO of Valero Energy Corporation from 1979 through December 2005, and President of Valero Energy Corporation from 1998 until January 2003.
